My goal is to create spaces for minority and underrepresented narratives to be told and amplified, through theatre, the performing arts, and public radio. I am very passionate about the performing arts, specifically in sketch comedy and improv theatre that focuses on inclusion and empowering minorities.
By day, I work at WBEZ 91.5 Chicago as a producer of community engagement and events. I’ve helped produced live podcast tapings of The Mash-Up Americans, The Sporkful, LeVar Burton Reads, NPR’s Code Switch, WNYC’s Nancy and Snap Judgment, along with many others.
By night, I write and perform comedy and storytelling. I dabble in improv, sketch, and stand-up. I’ve opened for The Annoyance’s Baby Wine and Ratas de dos Patas, iO’s Dynasty, Stir Friday Night, and at other venues around Chicago.
Based in Chicago, IL
